Welcome to Uptown Integrative Health!

Having an Integrative Health Clinic in the River East area of Winnipeg has been a dream of mine for quite sometime and I am thrilled to be opening the doors of Uptown Integrative Health this December. Starting your own practice takes a village, and I am beyond thankful for all the friends, family and colleagues that have been offering their support over the past months to help my office take shape. I also want to say thank you to Simon at Jilmark Construction who has been incredibly positive and accommodating as the project manager for the office build out and Kristofer Salfert for creating such a beautiful logo and being so quick to respond to my last minute texts and emails!

It is my hope to put together a team of professionals that can offer support for both mind and body health and wellness. The aim is to help patients have a better understanding of their current health so that we can work together towards their health goals. This is done through thorough intakes and assessments and a carefully formulated plan that works to remove the obstacles to good health and supports the body to heal.
